About Tiffany

Tiffany, a Tucson native, holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Arizona State University and a Master’s from Fordham University. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in stress, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders, particularly among helping professionals.

Her approach is strength-based, solution-focused, and supported by neuroscience, integrating nervous system regulation, somatic work, CBT, and psychoeducation.

Tiffany has worked globally, presented internationally, and is passionate about empowering clients to reconnect with their inherent strength. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, yoga, and spending time with her four children.
